Our company

OTO Parking SA was established in 1997 as a continuation of a sole proprietorship that run parking stations since 1979.

Τhe company's primary activity was to manage small and medium parking stations in the area of Thessaloniki, especially in the city center, with the most prominent example being "Parking THESSALONIKI" on Vasileos Irakliou 47, which has been operating continuously for over 45 years.

Along with the construction boom of large underground and overground parking facilities, OTO Parking SA began its upward trajectory by operating large car parks not only in Thessaloniki but also in Athens.

OTO Parking SA now has a wide range of ventures related to car parking (construction, management, design) as well as projects related to urban sustainable mobility, traffic studies, and research programs that focus on innovations in the transport and mobility sector.

In 2013, the first public bicycle sharing system in Thessaloniki was launched under the name THESSBIKE, and since 2019, the company has participated in many research programs as a strategic business alliance with partners such as the Institute of Transport (IMET), Aristotle University, the University of Patras, the Polytechnic School of Barcelona, various research centers such as CARNET and FACTUAL, and companies in the transport sector.

Over time, and with the acquired experience, the company has become a strategic partner-consultant in many projects related to car parks, either for public or private entities. At the same time, with the appropriate staffing, the company expanded its activities beyond its main operation of car parks.
